About Me

Special Education Teacher & Floortime Therapist

I completed my high school education at Göztepe Anatolian Girls' Vocational High School in İzmir, specialising in Child Development. In 2013, I graduated from Anadolu University's Department of Special Education, specialising in Teaching Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities.

During my undergraduate years, I participated in voluntary research at the Institute for Research on Disabilities, where I worked with children affected by autism. In 2013, I joined the Tohum Autism Foundation as an instructor, where I enhanced my skills in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) through hands-on applications and continuous feedback.

In 2016, I began working as an instructor and trainer at İlkiz Autism, where I developed and implemented educational programmes for teachers. I also provided training on shadow teaching, inclusion, and professional development for educators.

In August 2020, I relocated to London and founded Tulek Tutoring, offering one-on-one sessions with children and families. My aim is to support Turkish-speaking families in London, ensuring that their children with developmental differences receive appropriate early education.
